Another great addition to the Ghostwalkers serieperiments on orphaned girls who were then adopted out into family situations so many have become lost in the shuffle. I have been looking forward to Kadan's story for a while and sadly I was majorly disappointed in his character. And his mate Tansy is even worse. The only thing that saved the book for me is the fascinating plot. Someone wants the GhostWalker program destroyed so 8 murders have been committed and are being pinned on the GhostWalkers. Kadan alone is assigned to hunt down the killers as all his fellow soldiers are suspects. He goes looking for Tansy since she has used her powers to help the police find serial killers.
